Stray Kids and DJ Snake Drop Powerful Collab “In The Dark” from Album “Nomad”
According to music industry reports, Stray Kids have joined French producer DJ Snake on his latest album Nomad, contributing to the song “In The Dark.” The track was released globally at midnight on November 7, delivering a fusion of Stray Kids’ fierce performance style and DJ Snake’s diverse electronic soundscape.
The collaboration traces back to their first meeting in Paris at the 2024 Le Gala des Pièces Jaunes charity event. A year later, the two powerhouse artists have finally unveiled their first joint project, drawing massive attention from global fans and music critics alike.
DJ Snake expressed his admiration for the group, stating that it was an honor to work with Stray Kids, who have significantly influenced the modern K-pop scene. The French producer’s trademark bass-driven beats complement Stray Kids’ raw energy, resulting in a track that bridges genres and cultures seamlessly.
Meanwhile, Stray Kids continue to dominate the global charts. Their fourth studio album KARMA, released in August 2025, made history by debuting at No.1 on the Billboard 200 for the seventh consecutive time — a first in the chart’s 70-year history. As of the latest chart dated November 8, the album remains within the Top 100 for ten straight weeks, marking another milestone for the group.
Fans won’t have to wait long for more music. Stray Kids are set to return on November 21 with their new album SKZ IT TAPE, featuring the double title tracks “Do It” and “Sinseonnoreum.” The comeback promises to showcase the group’s boldest and most dynamic sound yet, solidifying their status as true global trendsetters in K-pop.
